Back in June I wrote about where DxQSO was heading — from keeping score to giving guidance. I was careful to call it the horizon, not a release. Today the first real piece of that horizon has landed, and I could not be more excited to show you.
Your DxSocial dashboard is now a personalized command center. Three things changed. First, your own Achievement summary lives right on it — your confirmed DXCC, states, and grids at a glance, even broken down by difficulty, all from LoTW® and QRZ. Second, we are now ingesting live DX-cluster spots from our own DXSpider feed. Third, we are ingesting POTA park activations in real time.
Here is the part that matters: we do not hand you a firehose. We hand you what you need. New bands for DXCC entities you already have. The entities you are still missing that are actually workable from your location right now. POTA parks you have not worked yet. Because propagation is geographic, we filter by where the spot came from, not just the callsign — so “Spots You Need” means spots you can realistically hear.
To be clear about where this stands: this is the dashboard showing you what you need. The fully proactive version — the real-time nudge to your phone that reads the bands and your style and tells you what to work next — is still ahead of us. But the intelligence is real, it is running, and it is on your screen today. The hobby is starting to come to you.
