This video demonstrates how simple it is to install DX-TQSL and restore your callsign certificates and station info on a new PC. DX-TQSL is a direct replacement of the LoTW TQSL application. It functions the same as the old TQSL but provides additional DxQSO cloud benefits.
Real time cloud backup and Logbook SyncTM
Don’t be fooled into thinking that LoTW, QRZ.com or eQSL are backing up your logbook. These websites record only the most basic QSO information from your logbook application. They are built for confirming contacts not saving your logbook data. You cannot restore your full logbook from exports generated from these sites.
Each PC logbook application uses it’s own set of unique fields (up to 50 additional fields beyond what LoTW requires). By utilizing a real time backup to DxQSO you not only back up your data but have access to it from other logbook applications running on other PCs or mobile devices. With Logbook SyncTM enabled applications, there is no need to import or export ADIF data, the logbook apps are synchronized in real time and always up to date with your latest log info.
